These next few photographs represent the decorative and plastering make-over of a wonderful home in Albany, New York. The home was originally designed and built in 1938 by an architectural disciple of Frank Lloyd-Wright! Curved walls, ship railing bannisters, niches, all add-up to a very unique domicile. The task for me was to flatten the ugly texture on the ceilings, followed by a complete painting job on the interior. The stains for the woodwork were all custom made by hand to match original exactly. Enjoy the muted, yet attractive colors chosen; yet they may not be to your own preferences......
